Step 1 - Information & Specifications
To get our order and design process started we require the exact information or text you want included on your business card - frontside & backside. Please send us that information using our email form. We do not mind speaking on the phone, but email helps ensure a proper record of text and directions. If you have any high resolution or "print ready" logo(s) or photo(s) you want used in a design please attach and send to the email address displayed in our website banner above.
In addition to your information and logos, some design direction would be extremely helpful. If there is a specific example(s) you like or if you have a color scheme in mind please let us know. The design styles in our portfolio examples are interchangeable and can be applied to any trade, profession or occupation. If you are unsure of photo(s) or image(s) selection we can direct you to our stock photo provider for some ideas.
Step 2 - Design & Proofing
Typically, we will email you a proof to review within 2 "business days" of providing us your information and specifications. Please note during this phase it is your responsibility to ensure all text and information on the proof is accurate and spelled correctly. If needed the proof will be revised until you are 100% satisfied. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof for printing. Upon final proof approval we will require payment in full in order to have your order sent into printing production.
Step 3 - Order Payment

Rounded corner business cards are the solution to the "dog ears syndrome" found on heavily used business cards. Rounding off the corners slightly during the cutting process adds to the strength & durability as well as the style & flair of the business cards. Please note the rounded corner upgrade adds a day or two to the production time...if time is critical order standard comers.
Step 4 - Printing & Shipping
Upon payment your files will be prepared for printing production at one of our six printing plants. The actual printing process "typically" takes 3-5 "business days" before the cards are boxed and shipped out. Upon shipping we will email you the UPS tracking number. At this point you can track your cards online at UPS.com using the number we provide you.
Step 5 - Delivery
We are confident your business cards will delight both you and your clients and will serve your business well. Your customers will be impressed and the competitors will be thinking twice about ordering the cheap, flimsy and boring business cards from VistaPrint, Staples, Kinko's....
